Who We Are

Principal-Led Advisory

Bespoke advisory services formed by global thought leaders. Endeavour is a Canadian capital markets and investor relations advisory firm, serving Canadian public companies across sector and market cap.

Differentiated by the combined experience of its founders: a seasoned investor relations officer and a senior sell-side equity research analyst inside a Canadian investment dealer, Endeavour advises management teams and boards from both vantage points.

With all mandates led by the founding partners, Endeavour delivers effective and actionable counsel across investor relations activities, including strategic positioning and narrative, market intelligence, capital markets days, investor engagement, quarterly earnings and other investor relations activities. Endeavour advises public issuers in moments that matter, including corporate transformation stories, issues management, contested situations (including activists), capital raises, and initial public offerings; these are among the core competencies of the firm.

The firm was founded in 2026 by Janet Craig, F.CIRI, and Linda Ezergailis, MBA, P.Eng., ICD.D.

High Stakes. High Impact.

We have been involved in many of the most important moments in Canadian corporate history.

Endeavour was built on a simple premise: the best counsel comes from advisors who have sat in the seat. We offer Canadian public issuers what others cannot: a differentiated perspective, distinct advice, and unparalleled relationships in the capital markets.

There is no substitute for experience.

We have stood before investors.

We have owned the narrative.

We have advised boards when decisions carried real consequence.

We see what others miss.

We question what others overlook.

We deliver strategy and insight in a way that unlocks value.

What We Do

We provide independent advice without agenda, translating insights into actionable intelligence for corporates.

All mandates are led by founding partners

We dig deep to understand industry, peers, and the company, ensuring our advice is thoughtful, measured, and directly on point.

Our mandates range from ongoing counsel to management and the board, to delivering large-scale, in-person corporate events that host the investment community. Endeavour’s principals have advised on IPOs, M&A, equity offerings, issues management, and strategic repositioning in addition to ongoing effective quarterly reporting.
